At Agriturismo San Giacomo, guests have the opportunity to savour the authentic culinary specialities of Tuscany, courtesy of Angela’s home cooking.
The heart of the farm is the restaurant, which offers a family-friendly atmosphere. With its rustic furnishings and decorative arches, the dining area provides breathtaking panoramic views.
Angela’s dedication to cooking is evident in her fully stocked kitchen, allowing guests to enjoy the wonderful flavours of home-grown tomatoes and vegetables from the garden, as well as the love she puts into preparing each dish.
Angela’s cuisine features a variety of simple, authentic Tuscan recipes alongside her unique, imaginative creations. For instance, she prepares typical dishes such as “pappardelle with wild boar“, a local speciality and symbol of Volterra. Additionally, Pietro’s passion for carefully processing goat’s milk allows guests to sample his expertly made cheese and ricotta.
At Agriturismo San Giacomo, the primary goal is to make guests feel at home and part of the family. Visitors will have the pleasure of enjoying convivial moments with our family and other guests, gathered around large rustic tables, reminiscent of large families from the past. This is an excellent opportunity to make new acquaintances and friendships.
Some special occasions have become symbols of our hospitality, such as the annual “San Giacomo” party on July 25 and Ferragosto on August 15. On these occasions, all our guests are invited to join the family to celebrate.
